We offer turnkey partner programs which create minimal to no impact on a bank’s daily operations. Our programs are thoughtfully designed with the individual bank in mind, and are customized to suit the bank’s culture and organizational needs. Our programs are also revenue-generating opportunities which remain flexible throughout the course of our partnership.
Agent Bank Program
This is a “train-the-trainer” relationship that provides sales and marketing tools for bank-branded merchant services. Our skilled trainers will fully educate bank employees on our line of merchant products and services, and teach them how to submit a new account for boarding.
Bank Referral Program
A referral-based relationship, this program provides the bank marketing and communication tools to refer new business opportunities to our sales associates. Bank employees will be trained on the high level merchant products and services offered by ePaymentAmerica. Our partner opportunities are fully backed by ePaymentAmerica’s risk, underwriting, accounting, customer service, and technical support departments. We fully handle the operational needs of our shared customers, including risk and PCI Compliance, and we regularly provide detailed reporting to the bank management.
